WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SPEND VALENTINE'S DAY!! GREAT FOOD, WONDERFUL TEA
AND MATCHLESS COMPANY.
The SWSG came together last week for the 2026 Open House. It was the first time in decades we did not meet at our old home, Shepard Garden and Arts Center, but it was fun trying out a new space and location. We had a lot of adjustments to make but we all came together and made it happen. We were up to the task!
Judy and Debra worked non-stop to keep the tea flowing. So many of you brought really great food for an elegant lay out. Lots of wonderful weavings were on display and lot of HATS!! You know I like that!
Carol M brought a great display of the guild's history and lots of people stopped by to have a good look at it. Bobbi brought a display board highlighting the activities of the Placer County group.
So many things to eat and look at. So many good friends to visit with. A GRAND TIME WAS HAD BY ALL. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO CAME TOGETHER TO MAKE THIS WORK.
Mini-workshops next: check our website for details and sign up information. There's lots to choose from and it will be one of the most fun days of the year. See you there!!
